Right Between the Eyes

 
We talked about this stage of the war many years ago, perhaps during the Reagan presidency but I do not recall exactly.  It concerned the long-range projection of the defeat of the United States of America.
 
"Where will you hit America?", I asked.
 
"Right between the eyes.", was the answer.
 
One eye was Iraq; the other eye was Iran.
