The First Big S of June's American DiSaster

 
I have been puzzling over what type of event could kill 63,551 Americans in June, and once I considered but put on the back burner the Hollywood scenario of massive meteor impact
and the Divine triggering of some of America's 7,000 nuclear warheads (both events perhaps unlikely to happen) a more workable possibility came to mind.
 
The theme of the June events we are tracking here, The Metaphor of Attack of these events, is that the entire population of  the United States of America will quite suddenly become aware that Titanic America is sinking, just as at a certain point all the passengers and crew of the Titanic knew it was sinking. 
 
This awareness' touching America will be clear, shocking and revealing of hopelessness.
 
I do not know the form this awareness will take, but I do know the stated metaphor is the American people will come to feel the cold water up to their ankles.
 
It is reasonable to assume that when some 280 million Americans become aware of America's utter and total defeat, and at the same time become aware their defeat is at the angry hands of God, a total of 63,551 suicides could be reasonably expected
 
Though a huge number, in terms of percentage this would probably less than the percentage of American military people who have committed suicide in Iraq.
 
So, while I have not ruled out meteor impact or nuclear explosions, mass suicide seems, at this time, the more likely.
 
I am just killing time here while Time kills you, and, if no bigger news is breaking, I will continue to examine this puzzle next time.
