When we look at I.C. News' advance documentation of Tim Russert's death we see it is something of a Rosetta Stone of the art of Time Travel--or rather the art of recording what we see as we go into the Future and come Here again.
Certainly the encoding is thick, and the obvious is made as obscure as we can make it, but when you put the "Blackout" code and the "Stop Right There!" code together, the obvious becomes clear--a clear advance documentation of media weasel Russert's death.
For the student of the art of reading the writing on wall of the news, of picking out the gems of God from among the graffiti of two-bit journalists and thereby knowing at least...at least...at least that God is Here; for such a student I.C. News' advance documentation of Russert's fatal encounter with God is like a first grade reading primer, a Dick and Jane story called "Death of a Psycho-Fascist Fool."
It should be noted that Russert was one of the media weasels who monitor this work; and he supported to the hilt America's torture-enslavement of me, and journalism's blacklisting of me, and journalism's blacking out of my news and my story.
In that context Russert is now just another psycho-fascist American lying dead on the battlefield of God's Space War.
It should also be noted that NBC, the psycho-fascist institution for which Russert died, has been a lead dog throughout America's dog-like attack on me; and had already taken one other casualty in God's Space War but closed its mind to my advance documentation of it.
That dead media weasel was David Bloom, an up-and-coming personality on NBC's Weekend Today while the then three stooges of Today (Katie Couric, Mat Lauer and Al Black Fatso Roker) were having a wonderful time mocking God's One True Telepath.
Bloom died in Iraq in 2003 of a blood clot at 39, brought on by being in a cramped military vehicle too long; just after I had nearly died of a blood clot after psycho-fascist America harassed me into homelessness and living in my cramped car.
If it were not for Poetic Justice I would have no justice at all.
So, now we have two advance-documented NBC deaths. The Bloom advance documentation is likely lost, but the Russert advance documentation is right here in this work.
Let's look at a few of NBC's crimes against me--and against you, Dear Reader, and against you.
Through a go-between I told NBC news about the Fromme attempt on President Gerald Ford two weeks before it happened, even saying a Manson follower was the intended assassin; and NBC was shocked when my information proved accurate; but when NBC learned it was Virgil Kret, America's blacklisted journalist and torture-slave, who delivered the advance warning, NBC spiked the story.
That was a crime against the American people of the first magnitude, Dear Reader. Consider, NBC knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had just accurately warned of the near-death of a President of the United States of America, even identifying the intended-assassin within half a dozen people, correctly identifying the intended assassin as a Manson follower (two weeks in advance!), and NBC hid that news from all of you because the newsman with the news was me.
That was in 1975. Think of the difference it would have made had NBC not betrayed America at that time; my credentials established and I free to live and work in peace, I could have saved lives right and left down this long road we have traveled since, and...and...and I could have saved my own children.
Decades later, when psycho-fascist America medically castrated me, NBC joked and smirked about it on the air.
Well, there's more, but why go on after that? That was the low of the low; and therein lies the foundation of this war between God and the United States of America. There is no low to which America will not go.
Of course, of course, Roman Catholic Russert lost his soul, but that's another story.
So, let's look at the meat and potatoes of I.C. News' advance documentation of Russert's death. Let's begin with the appearance of the Blackout code on Tuesday, June 10 (Tatoo, Part 16--Stopped, 31).
Bear in mind as we talk as we walk down this old man's beach, that there was a blackout in Washington Deceit on the morning of the day Russert died in Washington Deceit, Friday the 13th.
Blackout? Could the Blackout code have meant blackout? So you can perhaps see the Blackout code became the timing code of the famous person's death we were warning of.
Think of these codes as landmarks on a country road and you are asking directions from a farmer, "When you see a big tree you are almost there"; so farmer Virgil told you, "When you see a blackout Stop Right There!"
Excerpts from June 10 report:
"We have a new code in God's attack on Israel and its drone ally, the USA...The new code is 'Blackout'.
"With the Blackout code following the Stop Right There! code we can get a clear understanding that at least one well known person is about to get killed, and we can guess the person's identity with about an 85% degree of accuracy.
"You may recall that the first and only time the Stop Right There! code appeared it was as part of I.C. News' advance documentation of the killing of a CIA agent by Houston police because he did not 'stop right there' when ordered to do so."
I suggest the advance-documented Washington Deceit blackout was the equivalent of the Stop Right There! command in the first killing using that code.
If the fulfillment of the Blackout code in the morning had been appreciated and responded to, Russert, who died in the afternoon, could still have been saved.
When the news of the blackout broke and if we had been asked to, I.C. News would have identified Russert by name in time for him to get to an emergency room.
Of course NBC did not know that because NBC has squelched my solid advance information time after time, including my advance documentation of the 911 attack snail-mailed to Couric.
Were it not for Poetic Justice I would have no justice at all.
At I.C. News we are watching the Stop Right There! code closely, because we see it now as having been involved in "twin" events--the death of a big shot government pig and the death of a big shot media weasel.
It will be very interesting if the Stop Right There! code comes up again; and there are indications it will.
(By the way, as explained when it was established, the Stop Right There! code comes from Patti Russo's brilliant singing of that line in her duet with Meat Loaf, Paradise By the Dashboard Light. Hmmm? Russo-Russert, Poetic Justice again.)

"This is one of those opportunities I.C. News has now and again to save a life or lives. As examples, we could have saved John Lennon's life; we could have saved most or all of the 9/11 dead, and most recently we could have saved some of the lives lost in the China quake.
"So, here we have an opportunity to save a life or lives. So what do we do about it? The lives endangered do not appear to be what I would call "innocent" lives; they are not children, for example. Rather, they might be what I could consider "guilty" lives; people who know about America's torture-enslavement of me and who are in a position to emancipate me with a word."
Russert was a guilty life in that context; from his position of power and respect he could have emancipated me with a word.

I knew there would be no votes cast; I just like to spit into America's soup now and then, like any slave would. I suggest again, however, that this Russert death would have been nought but an emergency room save if the media weasels and government pigs who monitor this work would have voted "Save".
